Blog posts in the category In Character are written from the perspective of Myrhial Arkenath, those in Out Of Character or other are written from the perspective of her player. Posts that are categorized as both will be split up in two parts, often these will be in character posts with out of character annotations.
The In Character posts are publically viewable by other EVE Online characters and form a GalNet log only when tagged as Public. Out Of Character posts and their contents are not known by EVE Online characters at all. Commenting to posts can happen both in and out of character, no matter if the original post was in character or out of character. Please make it at least somewhat clear in what fashion you are responding to avoid miscommunication.
